Job Description

• Work safely as an individual and as part of a team in a physically demanding role.
• Work as an individual or part of a team to ensure delivery on time to both internal and external customers.
• Mark out, drill and fit equipment to layouts.
• Read and work to bills of materials, standard operating procedures, assembly drawings and instructions.
• Be competent to torque power connections.
• Work to process standards and operating procedures.
• Capable of highlighting potential issues and suggesting rational corrective/preventative actions.
• Capable and willing to transfer skills and knowledge to colleagues.
• Responsible for achieving required output including productivity, quality and attendance.
• Operate Kanban stock.

The ideal candidate will have solid and relevant experience of mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment; however other mechanical disciplines are also suitable.
