Shifts run Monday to Friday from 3.15pm to 11.45pm, offering the chance to grow with a well-established team and a commitment to producing better food naturally. Responsibilities include safe use of knives for beef cutting and trimming, meeting yield and quality targets, and maintaining hygiene and PPE standards.
