On-site About the Role Multitask Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established company based in the Clitheroe area . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder looking for a long-term position , offering a fantastic four-day working week with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off . The successful candidate will be responsible for MIG welding components and assemblies to a high standard, working as part of a busy and professional manufacturing team.

Previous MIG welding experience is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out MIG welding on a range of components and assemblies Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications Ensuring welds meet the required quality standards Preparing materials and components ready for welding Inspecting finished work and identifying any defects or issues Using welding equipment safely and effectively Maintaining a clean and organised working area Following all company Health & Safety procedures Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines About You The ideal candidate will:
Have previous MIG welding experience this is essential Be confident working within a manufacturing or engineering environment Be able to produce consistent, high-quality welds Have good attention to detail Be reliable, punctual and hardworking Be able to work independently as well as part of a team Take pride in the quality of their work Have a strong understanding of workplace Health & Safety
