PHC is seeking a Patient Access Representative I to deliver a friendly, efficient front desk experience at West Side Clinic in Des Moines. You will greet patients, complete registration, assist with financial screening, schedule appointments, and help patients access support resources.
This 40-hour/week role, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, may require shifts at other PHC clinics. Bilingual Spanish/English is required; mileage reimbursement and an out‑of‑city bonus may apply.
