• Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on a predetermined substrate or medium.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.
• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images; techniques vary with size, vinyl type, and image complexity.
• Operate and maintain printers.
• Perform quality assurance measures before and after production by accurately reading and interpreting Work Orders and proofing for errors or standards.
• Perform finishing operations such as laminating and mounting printed pieces.
• Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center or production manager or franchisee.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.

• 1-2 years of sign production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics.
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high volume, high-quality work.
• Ability to use light power equipment.
