Position

Purpose:

We are seeking a relationship-focused Sales Executive to help healthcare organizations improve the way they accept and manage payments. This inside sales position combines consultative selling, business development, and account management to support the growth of our Healthcare Merchant Services program. The majority of opportunities are generated through company marketing initiatives, referrals, and strategic industry partnerships, with additional opportunities developed through outbound prospecting and networking.

Essential Functions:

Drive new business growth through inbound leads, referrals, and partner relationships; conduct discovery conversations; present customized merchant processing solutions; develop pricing analyses; and convert opportunities into long-term relationships.

Expand existing partner relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor.

Guide prospects through application, underwriting, onboarding, and implementation. Ensure documentation is accurate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain timely communication with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.

Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills; excellent communication abilities; proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; preferred experience in merchant services, healthcare sales, banking, or financial services – but not required.

Completes necessary sales documentation, including applications, equipment orders, etc. Assists with training of other sales and service staff. Remains knowledgeable about Visa, Master Card and other Card Association rules and regulations and keeps current with industry practices and changes.

Performs other related job-related duties as required.

Requirements:

Education: High School diploma. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Experience: 2-3 years related sales experience preferred. Prior sales, call center experience or other direct customer response experience preferred.

Skills: Requires excellent customer service, analytical/problem solving and decision-making skills. Requires excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn various computer systems and the merchant services business. Requires attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Strong PC skills required.

Mental Demands: Must have the ability to focus on tasks for extended periods of time. Must be flexible and have the ability to work with a variety of tasks and employees. Ability to plan, organize, be detail and deadline oriented and maintain a high accuracy rate.

Physical Demands: Continuous sitting for extended periods of time, some standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Frequent use of fingers and hands to manipulate computers, telephone and other office equipment.
