About the Role

MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a client in Clive for Client Account Managers to oversee client relationships and support account growth. This entry-level role emphasizes organization, professional communication, and delivering a high standard of client service. Training and mentorship are provided to help you develop a career in client account management.
You will meet with clients, present options, and manage ongoing accounts. Strong performers have a clear path to advance. This is a performance-based position; your results determine your income.
What you'll do:- Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision makers
- Present benefit solutions and enroll clients
- Manage and grow your assigned accounts
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
- Work a structured Monday-Friday daytime schedule
- People with customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds
- Coachable, reliable, and comfortable talking to new people
- Self-motivated individuals who want uncapped earning potential
- Those with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Willing to complete state licensing (full training and support provided)
- Monday-Friday schedule (nights and weekends back)
- Full training and one-on-one mentorship

- Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
- Target First-Year Range: $45,000 - $90,000+ Depending on individual execution and production.
