• Work with other crew members to ensure a safe, clean and fun work environment
• Operate construction hand & power tools as necessary
• Perform daily construction activities and tasks to successfully complete projects to customers’ satisfaction
• Projects include but not limited to:
  Decks, Outdoor Living, Patio and Deck Covers, 3 & 4 Season Rooms, Sun Shades, Awnings
• Good communication skills to communicate with clients and crew members with a professional attitude at all times
• Attend all company meetings and training activities and be actively involved
• Help to ensure cleanliness of all company offices, warehouses and trucks
• Must be able to work well in a team environment

• Physically capable to lift and carry materials necessary for tasks (50lbs+ repetitively)
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate hand & power tools
