. We’re looking for a second experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our leadership team at Custom Electrical Services

• Journeyman Electrician license (State of Iowa)
• Minimum of 4 years of residential construction wiring experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Work alongside another skilled Electrical Supervisor for balanced workload and collaboration
• Lead a talented crew of electricians with the support of a well-established operations team

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on job sites
• Review plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
• Provide accurate job estimates from visual inspections or blueprints
• Enforce compliance with all local/national electrical codes and safety standards
• Maintain detailed records and ensure proper invoicing
• Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors for a smooth project flow
• Mentor junior electricians and foster a safety-first, high-quality work culture
• Meet with customers on-site to discuss project needs and updates
