Practice Specifics- Exciting Opportunity: Play a key role in developing a new and rapidly growing practice in a brand-new facility.
- Ideal Candidate: Leadership skills, energetic team-player, passionate about patient care in the Northland.
- Support & Development: Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership.
- High-Quality Practice Model: 1. Integrates 4 MDs, 2 APCs, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants, and other support staff.
2. Promotes a culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience. - Specialty Outreach Services: Weekly visits to the clinic, fostering close and collegial relationships with specialists.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE. Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly.
- Clinic
Hours:
7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Your hours are flexible in that footprint. - Hospital Rounding: Option to join the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team in Moose Lake, MN, if desired.
- Medical Records: EPIC system.

- Clinic site is approximately 14 miles from Duluth – Population: 87,000
Compensation
- $323,400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
