Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician
Fantastic opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to play a key role developing a new and quickly growing practice in a brand-new facility, southwest of Duluth, MN.

Position Details:

• Weekly work schedule: M-F, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE
• Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly

  7:30AM - 5PM, Monday Friday - Your hours are flexible in that footprint
• Ideal candidate would have leadership skills, be an energetic team-player and have a love of patients in the Northland
• Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership
• High-quality practice model integrates 2 MD s, 2 APC s, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants and other support staff
• Specialty outreach services visit the clinic weekly enjoy close and collegial relationship with specialists
• EPIC medical records
• Compensation: $307,633 - Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
