Join our dynamic HVAC and sheet metal manufacturing team as a Production Technician. Your workday begins on a humming production floor equipped with stamping presses, roll formers, laser cutters, and standard sheet metal fabrication tools. Whether you clock in for the afternoon or overnight schedule, you’ll set up, run, and monitor equipment to build and verify quality HVAC components that keep buildings comfortable and efficient.

• Operate production machinery and hand tools with precision and care.
• Manufacture and inspect HVAC parts to meet quality standards.
• Assemble steel HVAC components according to specifications.
• Maintain a spotless, organized workspace—clean, sweep, mop, and stage materials.
• Stack finished parts on pallets or into bundles for shipment.
• Follow OSHA safety policies at all times.
• Collaborate with teammates with a customer‑first mindset.
• Use strong hand‑eye coordination and safely lift 50+ lbs as needed.

• Analytical thinking and solid problem‑solving abilities, including accelerated root‑cause methods.
• Clear, professional communication—verbal and written—plus strong presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team‑building approach.
• Time management and systems sustainment strengths.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Budget management and achieving financial targets experience.
• Office experience using ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains/GP, SAP) in purchasing, receiving, production, or shipping.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Shifts: 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) or 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
