• Operate machinery and tooling to produce HVAC parts.
• Assemble steel HVAC items per drawings and instructions.
• Inspect and verify product quality at the line.
• Keep work areas clean and organized (clean, sweep, mop, organize).
• Stack/secure parts on pallets or in bundles for next operations.
• Lift items over 50 lbs safely; demonstrate strong hand–eye coordination.
• Work in alignment with OSHA safety requirements.
• Model a team‑first, customer‑service mindset.

• Analytical thinking and advanced problem‑solving, including rapid root‑cause methods.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience achieving financial targets and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• ERP experience (GP, SAP, or similar) in purchasing, receiving, production, or shipping.
• Confident presentation skills; strength in time management, team building, and systems sustainment.

From $17.00 per hour.

2nd (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) or 3rd (10:00 PM–6:30 AM).
