• Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual tax interviews via video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate federal and state tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and assistance.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Grow your tax expertise.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Previous customer‑service or retail experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Ability to meet minimum 25–35 hours per week during tax season, up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must meet all IRS and state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is desirable).

Hourly rate: $11.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Local minimum wage laws apply.
