Puzzle Effect in California is seeking a reliable, outgoing Store Lead to manage our store and lead our team. You'll oversee daily operations, train employees, solve problems, and ensure every guest has a great experience.
This is a hands-on management role where you set the example. You will create schedules, manage shift coverage, handle customer concerns, manage bookings and payments, keep game rooms clean and safe, and collaborate with HR on hiring and performance matters.
