As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) you would be completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. These hands-off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant’s functional level of independence.

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list.
• Evaluate the claimant’s functional level of independence.
• Perform a brief cognitive screening and evaluate the claimant’s ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks.
• Be technologically proficient and use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation.

• Current, unencumbered RN licensure in state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of home health experience or 2 years nursing experience in an equivalent area serving older adults.
• Has, or be willing to obtain, a professional liability insurance policy.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
