The successful candidate takes ownership of documentation schedules, works closely with department process owners and Quality leadership, and supports audit readiness and improvements to document-control processes.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Maintain and control internal QMS procedures, policies, work instructions, forms, and quality manuals in electronic and physical systems, as applicable.
  • Coordinate document creation, review, revision, approval, and release in accordance with established QMS requirements and authorized approval processes.
  • Coordinate periodic procedure reviews with process owners and Quality leadership to reflect current operations and applicable aerospace, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate revision histories, approval records, effective dates, and controlled document registers to support traceability.

  • Work with department process owners to develop and standardize procedures; review documents for clarity, consistency, formatting, and completeness.
  • Monitor document-control practices and ensure personnel can access current approved procedures. Communicate released revisions and coordinate related acknowledgment or training records when required.
  • Track review deadlines, pending approvals, and outstanding updates. Follow up with responsible personnel and elevate overdue items to Quality leadership.
  • Support internal and external audits by retrieving records and verifying procedure availability, revision status, and alignment with documented requirements.
  • Maintain organized QMS records and support documentation updates resulting from audit findings, corrective actions, and process changes.
