Right now, we’re ready to take things to the next level, and we need assertive, motivated, and customer-driven Internet and Retail Sales Representatives to join our winning team.

The role includes a variety of responsibilities, such as:

Engage with online and showroom customers to provide an exceptional car buying experience

Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the entire sales process

Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective communication and follow-up

Collaborate with management and team members to maximize performance and customer satisfaction

Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to grow your earning potential

Pay Scale:
Base Hourly rate of $16.50, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. At Future Ford, you’ll join a dealership that’s ready to break records, and you’ll be part of a team that’s growing together. As the dealership thrives, so do our Sales Associates. Most earn between $5,600 and $8,5000 each month, with even higher earnings during record-breaking sales periods.

Previous Automotive Sales, Internet Sales, Retail Sales, or Sales Consultant experience preferred, but not required, we’ll train the right person

Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results in a fast-growing company
