Join AAA Mountain West Group as a Member Experience Associate, where you will deliver outstanding service and value to our Members, meet sales targets, and support branch success across multiple locations.

• Provide fundamental customer interactions, including Member Services and product sales.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to uncover member needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.
• Promote AAA products and services to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Adapt flexibility to different branch environments and maintain high communication effectiveness.
• Ensure process implementation and compliance with standard operating procedures across assigned branches.

• Member experience roles:
  Member Services, Concierge, DMV/MVD, Auto Travel, Unlicensed Insurance Services, Smart Home Security.
• Accountability for meeting individual sales goals.
• Cross‑functional skill development to flex between service and sales as branch needs require.

• Customer Service:
  Professional, friendly, problem‑solving, and adaptable communication style.
• Sales:
  Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in prior roles; strong listener and communicator.
• Product Knowledge:
  Strong knowledge of AAA products, services, and operations.
• Technical:
  Proficient with multiple computer systems and applications.
• Operational Excellence:
  Adherence to SOPs, process efficiency, and compliance.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Experience in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers highly valued.
• Current valid Driver’s License; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required.

• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer Service experience.

• Office environment with standing, walking, sitting; use of personal computer 50–80% of time.
• Must be flexible with shifts, travel between locations, including Saturdays.
• Physical:
  Stand, sit, bend, lift up to 15 lbs.

Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm;
Saturday 9 am–5 pm.
