Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join a Rehabilitation Facility in Clovis, NM. This per-diem role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping individuals regain independence in daily activities through therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure/Certification s: Active New Mexico Occupational Therapist (OT) license. Current BLS certification.
- Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, adaptive equipment, and EMR documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs (activities of daily living).
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PTs, SLPs, physicians) to optimize care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards.
