WhatYou’ll Do
As the Center Director, you’ll oversee and be accountable for all aspects of the growing Donor Center—driving performance, building a lean high‑performing team, and ensuring an exceptional donor experience. You’ll manage the P&L of a site within a hyper‑growth organization, manage day‑to‑day operations while providing critical input to Operations team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily operations and strategy by planning and optimizing all processes to achieve donor flow, retention, and operational goals.
- Own and manage the P&L, improve efficiency, and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Ensure compliance and safety—uphold all federal, state, local, and company regulations; partner with quality and facilities teams; lead audits and inspections.
- Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs and make data‑driven decisions to guide your team.
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (−40°C) for short periods.
- Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed.
