Logistics Manager

8 years from now you'll point to deals you shaped here as a Logistics Manager; that's the kind of role this is. Honestly, the draw is the ownership: $79,000 - $121,000 and remote hours come standard, but the business reins are the real prize.

• Find the plainspoken lever that moves the metric leadership cares about most
• Build the pricing logic that a remote sales rep can explain in one breath
• Oversee budgeting cycles and hold teams accountable to spending targets
• Monitor industry shifts and advise leadership on strategic responses
• Set the mission-driven operational standards that keep Data Driven Corp running smoothly
• Prepare board-ready presentations and quarterly business reviews
• Build financial models that forecast revenue, margin, and cash flow
• Keep the manager leadership deck honest, current, and free of vanity charts

• Demonstrated wins in business work somewhere near Las Cruces, NM
• A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• 8+ years of Reverse Logistics reps, not just Reverse Logistics exposure
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written

At Data Driven Corp, a fast-moving team in Las Cruces, NM has spent years proving that People Management and Process Improvement belong in the same conversation. We build an environment where small-but-mighty ideas get tested quickly and credit is shared fairly.

Yours for the taking: $79,000 - $121,000, a mentor, a benefits plan, and the room to grow your Process Improvement and SKU Management side by side.
