• Two-year rotational program with approximately three 8-month rotations within the associate's area of focus.
• Rotations may include functional and leadership roles (Team or Project Leader).
• Program assessments to ensure effective rotation matches with the business.
• Location and function may be determined by business needs; relocation may be required.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact locally and globally. The development journey is tailored to each participant, with training and development courses available throughout the program.

We’re looking for Associates with the following qualifications, experiences, and attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Ag Engineering, Dairy Science, Food Science, Dairy Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Commercial mindset with customer-centric solutions.
• Ability to collaborate and build partnerships to meet shared objectives.
• Clear communication and ability to influence at all levels.
• Desire to learn and grow; analytical with ability to develop insights and drive change.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Proficient PC skills (email, record keeping, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).

The opportunity could be based at any US location, including but not limited to Clovis, NM. Must be willing to relocate. Furnished housing is provided and a one-time relocation allowance is given at start.

Compensation ranges are dependent on location and experience. The example range for California-based roles is $60,000–$70,000 annually.
