Teen Court Coordinator – Clovis, NM

Full‑time on‑site role based in Clovis, NM. The Coordinator will oversee the operations of the Teen Court program, including planning and facilitating activities and ensuring compliance with program policies.

• Coordinate with schools, community organizations, and law enforcement agencies.
• Supervise court sessions and provide guidance to participants.
• Maintain accurate records and create reports.
• Conduct outreach to recruit participants and volunteers.
• Promote youth engagement, accountability, and development through restorative justice practices.

• Strong skills in program coordination, project management, and organizing events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in youth counseling, mentoring, or working with juvenile justice systems.
• Proficiency in maintaining records, creating reports, and using relevant software tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various organizations, including schools and local agencies.
• Knowledge of restorative justice principles and community‑based program practices is a plus.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for mentoring youth.
