Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay Rate: $35/hour
Shift: Nights
Setting: Rehab Facility
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and compassionate LPN to join a rehab facility in Clovis, NM. This night shift role involves delivering high-quality patient care, supporting rehabilitation goals, and assisting the clinical team with daily nursing responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes
- Support rehab-focused care plans and patient recovery goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Active LPN license
- Ability to work night shift
- Previous rehab or long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
