Location:
Clovis, NM. Salary range: $76,960 - $92,560.
- Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting life-saving procedures.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to respond effectively to emergencies and complex patient needs.
Skills needed include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and adaptability.
