Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that inspires customers and helps them feel their best. Primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes; associates also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the customer through our brand experience to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cashier duties: use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions; deliver an omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with focus on the customer
• Product flow/shipping and receiving: support shipments; stay aware of product, new items, and floor stock; participate in omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal- and achievement-oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
