• Hourly Pay + Performance-Based Bonuses

• 3+ Years of Sales Management or Retail Leadership Experience Preferred
• Proven Sales Experience and a Track Record of Meeting Goals
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
• Ability to Lead and Coach Sales Specialists and Facilitate a Positive Culture
• Comfortable working with sales metrics, retail calculations, and consumer financing options
• Bilingual a Plus

• Drive Store Sales Performance
  • Take ownership of daily and monthly sales goals, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead by example by actively participating in the sales rotation while demonstrating strong selling techniques and customer service.
  • Develop the team by providing consistent coaching, feedback, and accountability to help Sales Specialists improve their performance.
• Serve as Keyholder – Open and Close the Retail Location
• Review Sales Transactions for Accuracy and Ensure Proper Sales Procedures
• Plan, Promote, and Execute Sales Events
• Promote the Business through Social Media, Hiring Events, and Other Community Outreach Opportunities
• Assist with Recruiting, Interviewing, and Selecting New Sales Specialists
