Allstar Pizza & More
Allstar Pizza & More is preparing to launch a new lineup of clubs, classes, and interactive activities for individuals and families, and we’re looking for energetic team members to help bring them to life.
We hope to begin launching these programs within the next few weeks, so this role will be involved from the beginning — helping us prepare, promote, launch, and lead new experiences at Allstar.
What You’ll DoAs a Programs & Activities Instructor, you may:
- Lead fun, engaging classes, clubs, and activities
- Help develop lesson plans, challenges, games, and activity formats
- Set up and break down program areas
- Welcome participants and explain activities, rules, and expectations
- Encourage participation and create a positive experience for guests
- Help promote upcoming programs and encourage registration
- Assist with photos, videos, and content to help market activities
- Gather guest feedback and help us improve future sessions
- Keep program supplies organized and activity areas clean
- Help us test and launch new program ideas
- Kings & Queens Chess Club
- Switch It Up Together – Family gaming activities
- Puzzled – Puzzle challenges and family events
- What the Brick?! – Creative building challenges
- Card Quest – Trading card collecting, rarity, trading, and game basics
More classes and activities will be added as the program grows.
Who We’re Looking ForYou do not need to be an expert in every activity.
We’re looking for people who:
- Enjoy working with people and families
- Are energetic, welcoming, and comfortable leading a group
- Have knowledge or a strong interest in at least one of our program areas
- Can clearly explain activities and instructions
- Are creative and willing to bring new ideas
- Are dependable and able to take ownership of a program
- Are comfortable helping promote the programs they lead
- Are willing to learn and grow as our program expands
Experience teaching, coaching, leading groups, working with children or families, gaming, trading cards, chess, building activities, or recreation is a plus but not required.
ScheduleApproximately 2–8 hours per week to start, based on program enrollment and availability.
Most programs will take place during weekday afternoons/evenings, with the possibility of occasional weekend activities.
Hours and opportunities may increase as the program grows.
Why This Role Is DifferentThis is more than simply showing up and teaching a class.
You’ll have an opportunity to help us build the program from the ground up, introduce new experiences to the community, and help determine which activities become long-term Allstar programs.
If you have a hobby, skill, or activity you think families would enjoy, we want to hear your ideas too.
