Full-Time/Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Premier Dental is looking for a motivated, skilled, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent dental care to our patients while working alongside our dentists to ensure every patient receives the highest level of treatment and comfort.

Here’s what you can expect:
Professional growth: Ongoing continuing education, hands‑on training, and mentoring.
Modern tools & systems: Cavitrons, Denticon PMS (easy to use), and efficient workflows.
Patient‑first scheduling: 60 minutes for new patients and prophies, 60–90 minutes for SRPs (customizable).
Balanced workload: Hygienists see about 8 patients per day.
Collaborative culture: Regular morning huddles (Mon & Thu) plus a monthly afternoon team huddle.
Supportive team: 2 General Dentists, 1 Periodontist, 2 full‑time RDHs, 1 part‑time RDH, 2 Dental Assistants, 1 EFDA, 2 Front Desk Coordinators, and a dedicated Office Manager.
Practice details: 3 hygiene ops, black scrubs, primarily Fee‑for‑Service with 3 PPOs accepted.
Reason for opening: We’re back filling due to the retirement of one of our valued hygienists.
RequirementsActive Registered Dental Hygienist license in Ohio
Anesthetic certification
Knowledge of OSHA sterilization protocols
Current CPR certification
Proficiency in charting and scheduling software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to periodontal, oral, and systemic health
Ability to build lasting patient and team relationships
Strong work ethic with integrity and accountability
Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
Openness to learning new systems, techniques, and feedback
