Recruiter – Contract to Hire

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter based in Clyde, OH for a contract‑to‑hire position.

• Screen and evaluate resumes/applications based on specific guidelines to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews, drug screens, and other hiring communications.
• Coordinate new‑hire orientation with a scripted process.
• Maintain records of recruiting activities.
• Perform other recruiting duties as required.

• Manufacturing TA experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting software.
• Strong communication, listening, multitasking, and target‑driven abilities.
• Full‑cycle recruiting experience.

$22.00 – $23.00 per hour
