Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

• You must be 18 years old.
• A pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Assists the Account Manager in overseeing a team executing a high level of customer care for a significant account within the assigned regions and will drive the Leadership Engagement Growth & Safety (LEGS) strategy of the Company. The Shift Supervisor oversees all daily operations with the management staff in direct responsibility for operations, quality, safety, and account management, and will assist in managing and developing the manufacturing team.

• Builds a strong and safe culture and working environment for direct reports
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at multiple departments
• Inspects work performed by employees to ensure quality is up to specifications and established standards
