We are seeking qualified Production Operators to join our Assembly Organization on the 3rd shift.

• Starting salary $20.50/hour (effective starting wage on 1/1/2026 $ 20.85/hour)
• $1.00/hour shift premium for the midnight shift
• Paid time off (PTO) up to 120 hours in the first year (prorated on start date)
• Benefits on day one (medical, dental, vision)

• Continuously stand or walk (up to 12 hours per day)
• Bend, squat, and lift up to 35 lbs frequently
• Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation
• Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment
• Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products, etc.

• 2 years of consistent work history
• 3 months of consecutive manufacturing experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Motivated to work as a team player who takes ownership of their work in a safety‑mindful environment

• 6 months of manufacturing experience, assembly preferred
• Associate’s degree
