• Ability to perform die setups and program presses (2-4 piece setups)
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Ability to read blueprints and work with tight tolerances
• Strong attention to safety protocols and safety awareness

• Familiarity with metal stamping or automotive manufacturing
• Experience using band saws, metal shears, or die grinders
• Ability to identify materials accurately based on work orders and tags

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, press operation, or metal stamping environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts, including heavy lifting and bending
• Reliable attendance history and adherence to safety standards
