2nd Grade Classroom Teacher

Position Overview:

Clyde Elementary is seeking a passionate and dedicated Classroom Teacher to foster a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. This role involves planning and delivering differentiated instruction, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student success.

• Design and implement effective, standards-based instruction.

• Differentiate teaching to meet diverse student needs.

• Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instruction accordingly.

• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment.

• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with staff.

• Participate in professional development and school activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

• Valid state teaching certification.

• Strong classroom management, communication, and instructional skills.

• Ability to integrate technology and adapt teaching methods.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional school events.
