American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Long Term Acute Care facility, requiring 2+ years of PT experience and a TX or compact license.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of PT experience required
- TX or compact PT license required
- License required if applicable
- Long Term Care (LTC) setting within the Physical Therapy unit
- Day shift, 8-hour shifts
- No weekend requirements
- No on-call requirements
- 13-week assignment
- Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations due to injury, illness, or disability
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques
- Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies
- Care provided in a warm, home-like setting focused on personalized recovery goals
