Repairs Administrator

I am looking for a temporary staff for 3- 6 months on a part-time basis (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).

This will be an EVH grade 4 post of repairs admin (£26,000
-30,000)

• Deal with calls and enquiries relating to repairs.
• Raise pre or post inspections for Maintenance Officers and utilise their diaries for dealing with technical inspections.
• Process works orders through QL.
• Correspond and communicate with customers regarding repair work, for example access arrangements.
• Communicate effectively with Contractors regarding jobs.
• Deliver letters.
• Liaise with utility companies.
• Assist with keeping Asbestos register up to date.
• Assist Repairs Assistant with the processing of invoices

• Assist the Housing Team by logging repairs after inspections are carried out.
• Monitor progress of voids daily and liaise with utility companies regarding Gas/Electricity problems, contractors and Allocations Officer to ensure voids are processed efficiently.

• Assist with reception duties as and when required.
• Ensure contractors working in Association's properties work to the code of conduct.
• Attend training courses and participate in corporate activities and operation working groups as required by the Association.
• Taking minutes of meetings when required.
