June / July Contract Length: 12 Months Rate: £300 per day Project: 130-bed hotel fit-out The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the next phase of a major hotel fit-out in Leeds. This is a 12-month contract overseeing a 130-bed development, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations during Phase 2 of the hotel fit-out Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and programme milestones Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and temporary works requirements Coordinate structural elements and temporary works Maintain strong communication with project teams and stakeholders We're looking for someone with a solid background in:
Residential construction Hotel fit-outs Temporary works & structural knowledge You'll be confident running a busy site, managing multiple trades, and maintaining high standards throughout. Required Tickets & Certifications SMSTS CSCS Temporary Works Fire Safety
