- Secondary Schools across Medway Are you confident working with young people and looking to gain more experience within secondary education ? I'm currently looking for Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Medway , including Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham and the surrounding areas. Whether you already have experience as a Cover Supervisor, have worked within education, or have experience supporting young people and are looking to take the next step into a school environment, I'd be happy to speak with you.

Medway & surrounding areas Secondary KS3 - KS5 Day-to-day, short-term & ongoing opportunities ? Flexible working to suit your availability About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when the usual teacher is absent, ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues. Your responsibilities may include:
Supervising pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Supporting pupils with their work where required Following individual school policies and procedures Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of lessons About You You'll ideally have:
Previous experience working with children or young people Confidence managing groups within a classroom environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills A calm, adaptable and professional approach Good behaviour management skills A genuine interest in supporting young people within education Previous school experience is beneficial, but I'm also interested in speaking with candidates from youth work, coaching, tutoring, mentoring or similar backgrounds .
