Cad Technician (2D AutoCAD / HVAC) £40,000 - £45,000  Training  Progression  33 Days Holiday  Company Bonus  Company Benefits Middleton, Manchester Are you a CAD Technician who has a background producing 2D drawings for HVAC or MEP, looking to join a forward-thinking business that can provide a stable workload with a large order book of interesting projects?

In this role you'll be creating 2D drawings for the building services industry. This will include ductwork layouts, FCUs, grilles, heat recovery, dampers and ventilation systems. Looking at a 2D mechanical layout and working alongside the Pre-Construction and Mechanical team who will provide design direction. This company are a Manchester-based construction and fit-out contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and full build solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and public-sector projects, supported by in-house project management and multi-trade teams.

This role would suit a CAD Technician who can produce 2D drawings for HVAC, MEP or Building Services industries who is looking for stability and support from senior members of a successful construction company.

The Role:

Creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD Working under the direction of the Pre-Construction and Mechanical Directors Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours
