Director of Finance – Manufacturing – Columbia, SC

Partnering closely with the CEO and maintaining a functional reporting line to the global finance leadership team, the Director of Finance will act as the senior financial lead across the Americas region. This individual will play a critical role as a trusted advisor to the executive team, taking full responsibility for overseeing the North American finance function and managing a team of approximately 8 professionals.

The position will focus on elevating financial performance, enhancing oversight, and enabling well-informed strategic and operational decision making.

• Overseeing and evolving the regional finance organization to drive greater efficiency, accountability, and alignment
• Working in close collaboration with the CEO to provide insight, guidance, and constructive challenge on key business decisions
• Leading all aspects of financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance analysis across manufacturing, commercial, and service operations
• Enhancing the visibility and quality of financial and operational KPIs to support data driven decision making
• Driving initiatives focused on cost optimization and margin expansion throughout the organization
• Ensuring strong financial governance, controls, and compliance in line with both local and global requirements
• Serving as the main point of contact with the global finance team, delivering timely and accurate reporting
• Supporting transformation efforts and fostering a more forward looking, analytics driven finance culture
