What you'll do Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate, reliable and efficient financial operations across the organisation. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit management and the maintenance of robust financial controls. Drive process improvements, system enhancements and finance transformation initiatives while supporting strategic decision-making at senior level. What you'll need Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.

Strong financial reporting, audit, budgeting and forecasting experience. Proven people management and leadership skills. Experience delivering process improvements and system enhancements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence non-financial stakeholders.
