The shift pattern is 40 hours spread over 8 x 8hr days (Between 7.00am – 6pm) working every other weekend.

You will be working for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the 70 residents and its staff first, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes.

Overview

* Working in an elderly nursing, you will be responsible for helping to deliver a high quality catering service, helping prepare a fantastic menu for the residents which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.

* The role will also involve Washing Dishes and food preparation.

* Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff.

* You will be working for a charitable organisation in a new purpose built retirement care home.

* You will have at least 2 years experience of working in a professional Catering position.

* You will have a recognised qualification in catering ideally.
