Reporting to the Deputy Director of Facilities & Capital Projects, you will be the organisation's professional lead for fire risk management and estates‑related statutory compliance.
This is a highly influential position, shaping how NHS Golden Jubilee maintains safe, compliant, and future‑proof environments across a complex and evolving estate.
You will:

- Support incident investigations and contribute to organisational learning and preventative measures.
- Play an influential role in new build and refurbishment projects by ensuring compliance is embedded from concept to completion.
You will bring strong professional credibility, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to influence at all levels. You'll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing operational demands with long‑term strategic priorities.
We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in multi‑agency or multi‑site environments.
- Confidence in using key systems such as SCART, EAMS, and Fire Risk Management tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and report‑writing skills.
- The ability to prioritise competing demands, motivate others, and drive compliance culture forward.
