• Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)
• Bonus: Monthly and annual bonus based on company performance
• Hours: 42.5 hours per week, rotational 5 days on / 2 days off, weekend work involved

• Buy and sell cars, ensuring efficient running of the branch.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers.
• Manage diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back‑office and colleagues.

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
