Kinship is launching its first programme in Scotland, and seeks a Kinship Navigator to provide intensive six-month support to kinship carers through Kinship Connected. Based at Y Sort It, you will develop trusted relationships, carry out assessments, and coordinate local services to strengthen family resilience.
You will work with local partners, including Inspiring Scotland, to demonstrate impact of an innovative whole-family model. Experience with kinship care and CRM systems is advantageous.
