Restoration Specialist

This position is responsible for the general maintenance of all Tribal entities’ indoor and outdoor premises, including repairing and refinishing furniture, performing woodworking tasks, and completing upholstery work. The role works collaboratively with all departments on an as‑needed basis and closely with Engineering personnel. • Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.

• Maintain operating condition of Tribal entities’ buildings and equipment and completes routine and minor repairs.
• Use basic knowledge of fundamental mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting and plumbing.
• Perform grounds maintenance as assigned.
• Requires technical knowledge of the construction and maintenance work involved, and the ability to use cost‑estimating methods.
• Ability to work on stone surfaces, including marble and quartz, following safety and material‑handling standards.
• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and work closely with Safety Coordinator to make sure all OSHA safety guidelines are adhered to.
• Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
• Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

This job does not require supervisory duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent or (10) year related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

• Must pass periodic random drug screens.
• Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
• Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.
