School Speech Language Pathologist - Coalinga, California

Make a difference in the lives of students by supporting growth and communication as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with K-12 caseloads. This contract opportunity offers three onsite SLP openings with the flexibility to consider a hybrid schedule for the right candidates. Located near Coalinga, CA, youll have the chance to deliver impactful services directly in schools while collaborating with dedicated educational professionals.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
• Experience working with K-12 students in school-based settings
• Strong understanding of IEP process and related documentation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals

• Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions for K-12 students
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to students needs
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  
  Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver therapy and support in both individual and group settings
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines for services

This role offers an hourly rate ranging from $60-$70, based on experience and qualifications.
