This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Coalisland. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth. This role requires effective communication with internal teams to ensure client needs are met while identifying trends and keeping a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to identify new opportunities, develop actionable strategies, and close business deals effectively
- Proficiency in market analysis and being able to stay informed of industry trends
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in the construction, joinery, or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
