Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join their vibrant work-winning team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Bid Writer to play a central role in shaping proposals, from early PQQ stage through to final submission, producing clear, professional, client-facing documents that drive strong bid outcomes.

• Develop win strategies and answer plans for tenders and PQQs
• Review requirements and plan overall submission approach
• Research to support well-informed, high-quality bid submissions
• Lead assigned bids, from kick-off meetings to coordinating written responses
• Produce, edit, and review bespoke tender responses aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on technical content
• Prepare client presentation materials and attend interviews as required
• Maintain bid information within bid software and company systems
• Visit project sites to gather information for case studies

• 5+ years' experience preparing PQQs and tender submissions within construction or civil engineering
• Third-level qualification in a construction or engineering discipline, desirable
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Highly organised, able to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
• Skilled with IT and presentation tools
